Everything is free for the apartment owner, and the tenant pays only the amount indicated in the ad: the commission is already included in rental payment.

E.g., you have a one-bedroom apartment that you plan to rent out for ILS 3,000. Tenant pays an additional 10% commission (this is a fixed percentage, it is stated in the agreement). All together – ILS 3,300. As a result, each month you, as planned, receive your ILS 3,000, and MySafeTrade for its service will receive ILS 300.

Everything is fair!

Most apartments are suitable for MySafeTrade. It is important that they do not contain personal belongings of the apartment owner – all tenants want to feel at home, and usually bring their own stuff. Also, your apartment should have a minimum set of furniture and appliances, a built-in kitchen cabinet, a stable Internet connection is a plus.

Our manager will tell you what to clean or buy to make your apartment even more attractive to potential tenants.

With MySafeTrade, you will rent out an apartment faster, because tenants do not need to pay a commission to the real estate agent and a security deposit. You do not have to spend time looking for tenants, we will do it ourselves, and you will only need to choose the right candidate. We will buy the insurance policy for the apartment so that you would not worry in case the tenants make damage inside apartment. And if there are difficulties in apartment-related matters, we will not bother you and will try to solve them ourselves.

And all of this is free for you!

It is possible, but in this case every time we show the apartment, we need to coordinate with you. This means that the search for tenants may be delayed, and you would need to be present in the apartment for each interested tenant.

Don’t worry, no one will move into the apartment without your consent: we will only show it to the potential tenants.

There are only two agreements:
– First, you accept the terms of cooperation with MySafeTrade: this can be done online in your personal account.
– Then, you enter into a lease agreement directly with the chosen candidate.

We will prepare the lease agreement ourselves, all you need to do is to sign it. We have placed all the documents on our website, you can review them in advance.

On average, it takes about 10 days from entering into an agreement with MySafeTrade till the date the tenants move in to the apartment. But sometimes it happens that the tenants call 2 hours after the ad is published. We know how to prepare an ad, where to publish it and how to promote it.

However, much depends on the condition of the apartment, whether apartment is renovated or not, and asking rental payment amount. Our manager will help you evaluate a rental potential of your apartment.
